Sunday Supper

Audras Pork Verde
What you will need:
2 cans green enchilada sauce (mild or medium)
1 can El Pato tomato sauce (I use regular tomato sauce if Diego is eating it because the El Pato brand is really spicy!)
1 onion chopped
2 pork chops cooked and sliced (I bake mine in the oven)
Put everything in the crock pot on warm all day!
You can pour this over rice, put in tortillas, or put on top of burritos!
